Just a quick email to say a massive thank you to Mrs Kat and her team at CC Kat!
From the moment I arrived for my consultation on Thursday I felt at ease. The reception staff were so warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I was also impressed with your skincare range Environ as I’ve used the product for years and know how good it is! Sounds silly but the product range did put me at ease as I knew then what Mrs Kat believed in so to speak!
I’ve mentioned previously that I had another 3 consultations Mrs Kat absolutely blew them out of the water. She is so professional, understanding, thorough and her attention to detail is absolutely second to none. I knew from this consultation that I definitely wanted Mrs Kat to do my surgery. The simple things she did throughout the consultation put my mind at ease no one else had explained or shown me and the drawing on my surgery area gave me an idea for the first time how I would look. Instead of being on the fence of should I shouldn’t I, Mrs Kat had now made it so real and I knew she was the surgeon for me.
Natasha too was so lovely, helpful and honest. I absolutely loved the sports bra with the implants to show me how I’d look.
