The staff are all friendly and professional and eased my nerves. The procedure was quite simple, don't know why I was so worried for. Mrs Kat is a true professional, and very down to earth. Also her nurse Natasha is great too at meeting needs and listening. After a week or two of swelling, I was left with a very natural enhanced top lip that I absolutely love to this day. Glad I did it as it's not too obvious or "in your face". Overall great experience, with this team of highly trained professionals that I trust with both my health and appearance.
