Thank you for confirming your treatment & payment plan with Kat & Co Aesthetics.
The following Terms & Conditions apply if you ‘the patient’ have accepted and agreed to a special offer from Kat & Co Aesthetics for treatments (or procedures) payable by Direct Debit.
The treatment plan and costs will be advised by Kat & Co Aesthetics and agreed in advance by ‘the patient’.
Once ‘the patient’ agrees and confirms the direct debit payment plan it cannot be changed, refunded or canceled during the agreed term.
Payments will be taken on the agreed date each month for the full term of the plan.
If the agreed direct debit plan is cancelled by ‘the patient’ the promotion will be void and any treatments already received will be recalculated at full price with any outstanding balance payable by ‘the patient’.
Upon cancellation of the direct debit, no further appointments will be taken until any outstanding balance is paid in full.
Direct Debits will be collected by Kat & Co Aesthetics through GOCARDLESS and this name will appear on your bank statements. Under the Direct Debit Guarantee, ‘the patient’ is entitled to an immediate refund for any payments that should not have been taken.
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
If you have booked a set of appointments as part of the Kat & Co Aesthetics Direct Debit Scheme please note they are subject to the following terms:-
(1) You must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If the appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours warning you will be able to rebook the appointment for another date. No money will be lost.
(2) If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will lose the appointment and 100% of the fee. No refunds will be given in this instance.
