At Kat & Co, we employ the cutting-edge ultrasound Vaser Liposuction technique for autologous fat grafting. This minimally invasive procedure ensures the extraction of high-quality autologous breast fillers, providing small to moderate breast augmentation and contouring.
Our approach not only focuses on breast enhancement but also addresses the contouring of problematic areas from which the fat is extracted. This dual-purpose procedure offers women the opportunity to achieve fuller, natural-looking breasts while simultaneously sculpting other areas of the body.

The ideal candidates for fat grafting at Kat & Co. are women seeking small augmentation, mild to moderate breast atrophy correction, or mild breast asymmetry correction. Suitable candidates possess adequate body fat for the transfer, good skin elasticity, and have normal mammography results.
While fat grafting is an excellent option for many, it may not be suitable for very small breasts (micromastia) with a significant size increase or severe breast ptosis or atrophy. Patients are recommended to undergo several small sessions for optimal results, minimizing the risk of irregularities and asymmetry.
It is important for potential patients to realise that fat transfer is not a replacement for breast enlargement using silicone implants, which is still the best procedure for breast enlargement to achieve that two or more cup size increase. The trend now is of course to COMBINE FAT TRANSFER WITH BREAST IMPLANTS to achieve a more natural look particularly for thin individuals.
