The Environ Medical Roll-CIT is used for facial rejuvenation and consists of “micro-needles” which penetrate the epidermis of the skin only and which smooth out fine lines, wrinkles, reducing acne scarring and minor scarring.  It also helps with lightening of pigmentation marks.

Micro-needling results in microscopic breaks in blood vessels which promotes the natural production of collagen and elastin in skin.  It also breaks down the epidermis layer of skin enabling better penetration and absorption of active ingredients from treatment products.  This is more effective than direct topical application.  With the higher levels of Vitamin A and C absorption, more collagen and elastin are produced to smoothen and tighten skin conditions such as acne scarring and wrinkles.
