Kat and Co uses Breast Implants from Motiva, Polytech and Mentor, allowing us to provide a wide range of choices for shape, size and feel.
Replicating the Natural Feel: Motiva breast implants are meticulously crafted from medical-grade silicone, ensuring not only a visual resemblance to natural breasts but also a tactile similarity. Their advanced material design allows them to move in harmony with your body, delivering a seamless and natural appearance.
Dual-Layered Protective Shell: Distinguishing itself from typical implants with a single outer shell, Motiva implants feature a dual-layered design. The innermost layer, known as the "Barrier layer," possesses a unique chemical composition, serving as a protective barrier to prevent any leakage from the implant's internal filling.
Q Inside® Safety Technology: A standout feature offered by Motiva is the Q Inside® Safety Technology (Qid®). Implants equipped with this technology incorporate a micro-transponder, essentially a miniature electronic chip. This chip stores essential data about the implant, including its size, type, model, and distinctive serial number. In the event of complications, this information becomes invaluable for plastic surgeons.
Reduced Risk of Complications: Motiva implants stand out for their notable advantage in minimizing the risk of capsular contracture, a condition that can distort breast shape and may require additional surgery for correction.
These 3 breast implant companies offer a lifetime warranty against implant rupture and 10 years against implant capsular contracture which meets the terms and conditions. Find out more about the included Mentor Protection Plan here. Kat and Co offers unlimited follow-up appointments post breast enlargement surgery.
Breast lift surgery at our boutique Birmingham clinic, also known as a breast uplift, mastopexy, or boob lift, is a surgical procedure which lifts and reshapes sagging or drooping breasts to create a more youthful, natural look and improved breast contour.
Breasts naturally droop with age, after pregnancy and breastfeeding, and after weight loss. This is because the skin and fibrous ligaments in the breast become stretched so the breast tissue is not supported. Mastopexy reshapes the breasts by removing extra skin, remodelling the breast tissue and moving the nipples up to the best position on the newly lifted breasts.

Breast uplift procedures can vary depending on the size of your breasts. It usually works by making an incision on each breast. Next, the skin is raised and stitched in its new position, and excess skin can be removed and repositioned to ensure that your newly positioned breasts look as natural as possible.
If there is not enough natural breast tissue, the procedure can be combined with breast augmentation surgery, which involves inserting breast implants to add fullness.
