The Birmingham Post ran a special supplement this week on ‘The future business of healthcare’.
Edgbaston is already home to 180 medical organisations including state of the art hospitals and specialist care centres, 44 GP clinics and routine care facilities and 23 training facilities all located within a short distance from each other. It is at the cutting edge of medical education, research, healthcare provision across all sectors including cosmetic treatments and surgery.
Hence the birth of Edgbaston:Birmingham’s Medical Quarter.
By creating a shared brand, organising networking events, conferences, workshops, a dedicated website, it would be possible to showcase some of the most cutting edge medical and healthcare companies in the UK. The objective – to establish Edgbaston:Birmingham’s Medical Quarter as one of Europe’s premier medical, research and healithcare districts.
The article named CC Kat as one of UK’s top Plastic Surgeons, working within the Quarter.
