Mr Wareth Maamoun is a Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon with a specialist interest in Limb, Abdominal Wall, Perineal, and Gynaecological Reconstruction. With years of expertise in complex reconstructive procedures, he is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-focused care with safe and evidence-based practices.
Since 2017, Mr Maamoun has been a Consultant at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust, where he plays a key role in tertiary skin cancer MDTs and complex abdominal wall reconstruction MDTs. As Audit & Governance Lead for the Plastic Surgery department, Mr Maamoun ensures the highest standards of patient safety and care.
Mr Maamoun is a Senior Member of the European Society of Aesthetic Gynaecology (ESAG), a Full Member of the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), and a Plastic Surgery Fellow at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He is also on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery.
