During our quest to scoop an award from the Cosmetic News Aesthetic Awards 2011 , we received a suprise visit from a mystery shopper!

Mrs V.T from Birmingham was given a mission to rate our clinic in fine detail, from booking an appointment through to post treatment advice. After her treatment Mrs V.T  revealed her true intentions and gave our clinic 10 out of 10 on every account!
