Your initial lifestyle and exercise consultation will assess your current situation and provide a tailored management plan to help you reach your goals. This management plan includes:

• A personalised fitness programme designed by our PT and “UK’s Fittest Man 2020”, Zack George.
• Expert diet and nutrition advice.
• Medical interventions, if required, such as weight loss injections.

Patients will receive consistent follow-up appointments to monitor their weight loss progress and provide accountability.
