This is the result of our annual patient experience survey. The survey is conducted and analysed by an independent company CFEP (Client Focused Evaluation Program). They have an international reputation for providing high-quality products to health professionals and organisations to get evidence on the quality of their services to patients.
We always listen to patient feedback and below are some of the changes we have made in direct response to your comments:-
- Reinstated our later opening days – Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as Saturdays
- Increased the number of staff taking phone calls
- Increased and improved on our Reception Staff
- Improved our reminder system so that you are reminded of your appointments by both emails and texts
