We are very lucky to have once again been nominated for the Aesthetics Practice of the year, at the Aesthetic Awards 2013. Natasha our clinical nurse, at CC Kat Aesthetics, has alsobeen nominated for Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner of the year.
The Aesthetics Awards are an annual event judged by a panel that assess the clinic itself and customer feedback. When asked why our aesthetics clinic should be recognised, this was our answer:
“The Medical Director of the practise is an establish Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon who is known for her attention to minutia and abhorrence for mediocrity. She had a vision for the practise which is to provide a full spectrum of aesthetic treatments ranging from the non-surgical to surgical with all the attending support services to optimise the patient’s journey. Treatments can now be individualised for the patient, based on the best choice taking into account patient preference rather than be limited by what is available.
As the Medical Director, she researches and oversees trials of all treatment options before making decisions about treatments that the practice provides. This ensures that patients are receiving only evidence based cost effective treatments.
She has chosen her team of practitioners carefully, picking people who are the best in what they do and then constantly standing watch to make sure that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
There are not many plastic surgeon led aesthetic practices in the country, unlike other parts of Europe and in the United States. This configuration confers very specific advantages and we feel is a model that should be encouraged throughout the industry.”

Mrs CC Kat is a leading Midlands Consultant Plastic Surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. She is a full member of both British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and British Association of Aesthetic , Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (BAPRAS) as well as several international aesthetic surgery associations.
