Healthy diet, sun protection and lots of exercise (like golf).

My breakfast was fruits and low fat yoghurt (plus coffee of course). 

I had my Environ Rad 16 sunscreen, cap and sunglass.

Played 18 holes of golf with hubby at the famous ‘Twenty-Ten’ championship course. One of the 3 courses at the Celtic Manor Resort, near Newport, Wales. For all golf enthusiasts, I give this resort a 5 star rating. The golf courses are amazingly scenic and beautifully maintained. The Welsh reputation for their warmth and welcome is well deserved. A wide range of cuisine from fine dining to local country fare to chose from. A real gem in the heart of UK.
