Dear CC and Kat, 

No words will ever be sufficient to thank you for the amazing expertise, kindness and wonderful support you have both shown me over the last six months, I know we are not quite there yet, but the two of you have changed my life!!

After two rather traumatic years i have a ‘new me’ which is thrilling and exciting!

My new purpose in life is thanks to all the wonderful medical professionals i have encounted along this interesting journey. You two, and all yourteam have given me a new confidence and i thank you from the bottom of my heart,
